How Care Profile Owners (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.) sign the consent section will depend on which device they are signed in on.
1. If you are using a computer, please click and hold the mouse button down whilst dragging the mouse through the Signature box.
If you are on a mobile or tablet, you can use your finger to sign the signature box.
2. If you wish to start again, you can select Clear at any time to wipe the current signature and start again.
3. Select the box to agree to the consent and click the I Agree button to save the signature, and consent to the statement above.
If the above doesn't work and you have another device that is accessible to you, please try signing in to the other device. Alternatively, you can try using a different browser on the same device.
If you have tried both options and are still having trouble signing the signature box, please chat with our Support Team by clicking the chat icon at the lower right corner of the page or send an email to email@example.com describing the problem and detailing what you've tried.
- The signature entered will also be saved in My Account > Edit My Account section.
- If there is more than one profile to be completed, the same signature will be used.
