How does an Administrator check when the Care Profiles were viewed by the Staff Carers? (Community Edition)

To help in securing the privacy of the information of our members, we are providing Administrators with records of timestamps when Care Profiles were viewed by the Staff Carers (i.e., teachers, club coaches, team managers, supervisors, etc.). 

Please follow the steps below to get the list:

1. Log in to Operoo and click the three horizontal lines icon of a profile.

2. On the left-hand side menu, click the Viewed Profiles button.
 

 

3. A window similar to below will show up.
