How does an Administrator add multiple Care Profile requests? (Community Edition)

As an Administrator of the Organisation's Operoo account, you sometimes need to add multiple Care Profile Requests to your existing account.  Adding multiple Care Profile Requests is similar to how the account was initially set up.
