When the Staff Carers (i.e., teachers, club coaches, team managers, supervisors, etc.) are assigned to an eForm, the system allows them to generate a report of profiles of their assigned group. Please follow the instructions below.
USING THE "EXPORT RESPONSES" OPTION
1. Log in to Operoo Central.
2. Look for the eForm under the Groups and eForms section and click on it.
5. It will now filter the profiles that are part of the group. To export the responses, please click Export Responses.
6. An Excel file will be exported with the responses of the profiles from the selected group.
USING THE "GENERATE REPORT" OPTION
1. Log in to Operoo Central
2. Look for the eForm under the Groups and eForms section and click on it.
3. Click the filter icon.
4. Use the drop-down menu to filter the eForm and show only a specific group. For the example below, we will use the "Year 6" group.
5. Click Generate Report.
6. Make the required selections followed by "Generate"
8. To print the report, press CTRL + P if you're using a Windows computer or Command + P for Mac.
