What eForm changes trigger an email notification to an Administrator?

For Community and Group Editions
Administrators can modify the questions, or change the settings of an existing eForm. When any of the
following details below are changed, provided the relevant notification h
as been enabled in the
Administrators account, an automatic email notification will be sent.

Administrators will receive an email notification if changes were made to any of the following:
  1. Name of the eForm
  2. Description
  3. Start time
  4. End time
  5. Response by date
  6. eForm was enabled
Relevant Notification to enable:
  1. Notify me of all eForm creation and changes (i.e. enabled, created, description changed) - Community Edition
  2. eForm changed - Group Edition
