How do I add a link to a Self-Service form into my email or website?

For Community and Group Editions

Self-Service forms now have a public URL.  When you click the link to the form, it will ask you to sign in (if not already) and present you with the form.

This makes it much easier to include it into things like SMS messages or emails to staff and parents or on school websites.

To add the link to your emails or websites, follow these steps:

1. Open the Self-Service form by clicking on the    icon.

2. You will be redirected to the Edit/Settings page of the Self-service form. In the upper right corner, click on Copy URL to clipboard link.

3. You can now paste that URL into an email, on your website or in a text message.

When a parent or staff clicks on the link, they will be taken straight to that form.  (They'll be asked to sign in first if they're not already signed in.)
