Mapping eForm responses to PDF
Community and Group Editions
Many of the eForms that are sent to parents, carers or staff contain data that is collected on behalf of an external
Organisation such as, Local Government, Local Council, Local or Federal Authorities.

Through your Customer Success Manager, Operoo can help map eForm responses to PDF so that Administrators
can submit the data to the external Organisation in the format they require.

There is no change to the view that parents, carers and staff have when completing the Form, however
when the mapping has been completed, Administrators can view and download the response to the
mapped PDF.

This process can be used for formal documentation such as;
- Blue Cards
- Exceptional Circumstances Request Forms
- Home Language Identification Survey
- Per Session Timesheet
- Pupil Premium Application Forms
Once the Form has been completed, Administrators can click on the Download Mapped PDF icon to view the
mapped PDF. The mapped PDF can also be viewed and downloaded via the Form Library, or Student Profile.
