For Group Edition
When creating or editing details of student's contacts, you can now add a Preferred Language for each of those contacts. Whilst the recipient can still choose their own language, setting this before the initial email (with their login and password) goes out ensures they can read it before deciding on their own preferred language.
1. Click on the 3 lines on the Student record
2. Click on the edit icon next to the contact whom you wish to update the Preferred Language
3. Select the contacts preferred language from the drop down box
4. Select Save
