Community and Group Editions
To download multiple eForms for one student, first find the student’s profile and click on All eForm Responses:
You’ll be taken to a new page, all eForm Responses for your chosen student:
Use any of the filters at the top of the screen to help you find the set of forms you’d like to export:
If you need to export more than the default 20 eForm responses, click on the Dropdown Show entries:
Once you have selected your filters and number of responses, you can either click the checkboxes next to the form names individually or use the All checkbox:
Once all of the eForms that you need have been selected, use the Bulk Actions button to select Export PDF & All Attachments:
You can now choose whether you want to export the responses as one PDF file or in a Zip file:
As a single PDF
If you want to print responses from one PDF document for a student, you may choose this option.
For attachments, please note that images can appear both inline and as separate files at the end of the response if you leave the two bottom checkboxes selected. PDFs will not appear inline, however, they can be included at the end of a response if you leave the third checkbox selected.
If you click export the responses as a single PDF, you will be able to choose from these options:
Then click Generate PDF. You’ll then see this message:
Click on the link “Downloaded Report Status” if you’d like to see the status of your download.
Or you can navigate to another page and wait for the email, if you’ve added an email address.
If you click on the link “Downloaded Report Status” you’ll see the progress of your export:
Once it’s at 100%, you’ll be able to click the icon to download your PDF:
As a ZIP file
If you choose to download all files as a ZIP, you will be downloading a ZIP file that includes the following:
Parent view PDF
Admin view PDF (with Office Use Only fields, if applicable)
Mapped PDF (if applicable)
All user uploaded attachment requests as separate files
You will prompted to choose between the following options:
Click Generate ZIP and you will see this message:
Click on the link “Downloaded Report Status” if you’d like to see the status of your download.
Or you can navigate to another page and wait for the email, if you’ve added an email address.
If you click on the link “Downloaded Report Status” you’ll see the progress of your export:
Once it’s at 100%, you’ll be able to click the icon to download your ZIP file:
Or you can access the link to the zip file from your email. You must be signed in to Operoo to download the file.
If you selected all files to be in one folder, they will be in one ZIP file, and once it’s unzipped, the folder will have the Student’s Name and ID and include files separated by Attachments, Mapped PDFs, and Response PDFs:
