Viewing and Changing Previous Responses
A user can see the most recent forms they have responded to in the Care Central 'Responded' section. (You need to Log In first).
To view the response, click the 'VIEW RESPONSE' button.
To see all forms responded to click the 'View all eForm responses' button.
To view the response, click the 'eye' button.
When viewing the response, if the 'Change Response' button is visible at the bottom of the page, you will be able to edit your response.
You will not be able to change your response if:
- the respond by date has passed
- the event date has passed
- the administrator has locked the eForm response
- the eForm has been archived
In these scenarios, you will need to contact your school or club directly to discuss your response.
