For Community and Group Editions
1. If you are not receiving the password reset email in your Inbox, try looking in your "Junk" or "Spam" folder.
Do not try to reset multiple times within a short interval. Once or twice is enough and wait for 5 to 10 minutes for the email to be delivered.
2. If you still don't get the email, try to reset your password using the SMS method. You must have previously registered your mobile/cell number in your Operoo account.
3. If your school/club uses Operoo Group Edition you can ask the Operoo Administrator to reset your password. If you're not sure, just start a chat session with us now and we'll help you.
