How does an Administrator view the Duplicates Report and delete the Duplicate Profiles? (Group Edition)

Occasionally you may find a duplicate profile within Operoo - most commonly due to duplicate entry when adding / importing profiles in bulk via a CSV file, or double handing when adding new records.
Operoo has reporting and maintenance facilitates to identify and maintain these records.
1. Go to Reports/Archives.
2. Select Duplicates Report (Staff) or Duplicates Report (Students) from the left panel.
3. Only the profiles with two or more copies will be shown on this page. Clicking the Delete button on the far right of each profile will delete the profile.
4. After you click Delete, you will be asked to click OK to confirm or click Cancel to take no changes.
NOTE: Be careful when deleting a profile because there's no way to undo the deletion.
Note: If there are inadvertent eForm responses recorded against the record to be deleted and you wish to retain the history. Go to the Student / Staff module and select the record to be deleted (by clicking on the profile card and turning it green) then go to Actions > Advanced Actions > Move all eForm responses to another member. When complete delete the record via the above instructions.
