For Community and Group Editions
As the name suggests, public eForms lets you create forms for the public to use. Users won't need to have a Operoo account to complete public eForms. You'll be able to have a link or button on your website to open the form for any person to complete. All responses will be visible in your Form Library, where you can view, print or export them to spreadsheets.
Some use cases for public eForms are:
- School Open House Registration from your website
- Requests for more information or school tours information from your website
- Working Bee sign-up page on your website
- Organization sign-ups from your website
- Private Requests/Anonymous feedback from a newsletter or website
- Order forms and selling products from your website
Our users have the best ideas so please let us know how you can use public eForms.
How to create a public eForm
- Go into the Form Library
- Click on Add eForm
- Click Add Public Form
- Once you've created your public eForm, you can either download the QR code or copy the URL link for use on the school website or signage around the school
For non-public forms, the Download QR Code and Copy URL to clipboard buttons are also available when creating self-service forms for members.
Using the links for a non-public self-service form will take members to the form once they have logged into Operoo.
