For Community and Group Editions
eForms can be created in advance and automatically enabled at a future date. This allows administrators to create eForms in bulk and have them automatically enable some time in the future.
Once the date is set you can be confident that it will be sent to all parents on that date.
Step 1. Go to the Enable tab area of the eForm
Step 2. Enter a date in the box "Enter auto-enable date"
The eForm will be enabled on the selected date and time.
