Community and Group Editions
Office Use Only fields are now available on all eForms.
This allows staff to create questions that can only be completed by administrators.
To mark a question as Office Use Only simply check the box next to the question.
Office Use Only can only be completed by administrators and will only be visible to administrators.
Note: Office Use Only questions will be visible to parents who are also administrators at the school
To answer Office Use Only questions, administrators will use the Respond on their behalf feature and submit the response.
When viewing responses in the Form Library, Office Use Only questions will be indicated by an asterisk
