How to import student medical conditions (Group Edition) – Operoo

For Group Edition

Follow the instructions below to import medical conditions in Operoo.

1. Export any existing medical conditions as a backup and to use as a reference of existing student medical conditions.

2. Download sample CSV file and the guide to Operoo's medical conditions codes

Go into Students
Click Add
Select Import Student Medical Conditions (or modify existing)

3. Create your CSV file containing student medical conditions

The downloaded guide above contains a list of all medical conditions available in Operoo.

The figure below shows you how to use the above list and sample CSV to prepare student medical conditions for import into Operoo.

4. Import Student Medical Conditions

Once you've prepared your CSV file, you're ready to import the information into Operoo. The CSV file must contain the same columns as shown in the step above.

Follow the steps below once your CSV file is ready for upload.

IMPORTANT: The import process will overwrite all existing medical conditions for every student ID in the CSV import file.

Click Select file and navigate to where your CSV file is saved.

5. Preview Changes

Click Preview changes before importing. Click Download Changes Preview. A TXT file will be downloaded automatically to let you know the changes that will happen if you import the spreadsheet. The TXT file would also show you if there are any errors in your spreadsheet.

6. Import medical conditions data

Fix any errors in your CSV file if there are any, or continue with importing the spreadsheet if there are no errors.
Click Import new data then Import to complete the process.

Your screen will automatically refresh when the import is finished.
