Most payments made through Operoo eForms involve a single transaction. For example, while a parent is responding to an event eForm and providing their consent, they might also pay $10.
You can also offer an instalment plan if required. For example, a school camp starting on 24 May 2020 is $500. You want to:
a) send the permission form on 1 February 2020, collect parental consent and a deposit of $100 by 28 February 2020.
b) request the balance of $400 on 15 April 2020, which must be paid by 30 April 2020 to secure the child's position on the camp.
It's easy to set this up. Here's how:
1. Create your permission form for the camp to collect consent and the $100 deposit. Set it to be sent on the required date.
2. Create the request for the $400 balance. Set it to be sent on the required date. This will be automatically sent to all parents who responded to the Camp Fantastic permission form and paid the $100 deposit.
That's it!
NOTE: You can have any number of installments. This example showed two. If more installments were required, repeat step 2. Create another payment eForm and when setting the filter, select 'made a payment' for the previous installment eForm.
