For Community and Group Editions
"Members without a group" in an eForm is when you manually add a member to an eForm.
The screenshot below shows an example of profiles without a tagged group.
To remove the Members without a group and sort these profiles into their existing group, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the three horizontal lines on the eForm
2. Click on Sort members into Groups on the left-hand side of the eForm Menu.
3. A pop-up window similar to below will appear.
If not displaying all Groups in your database click on the triangle to the left of the main organisation name.
To select all Groups click on the check box to the left of the main organisation name.
4. Click on the Save button to run the process. Once complete, all profiles will now be part of their respective Group.
