For Community and Group Editions
There are several reasons you might still be receiving reminders.

The form has changed - the school/club has added additional information or questions.

You didn't complete all areas of the form.

You didn't submit the form at the end.
What to do

Find the form in the Operoo Central 'Requests' section. (You need to Log In first).

Click the 'RESPOND' button and view the form.

Ensure all data has been entered.

Ensure you correctly submit your response at the end of the form by pressing the appropriate button (eg. Submit Response, Submit and Pay, Verify, Share)
If you submit the form correctly, the form will disappear from the 'Requests' list at the top of Operoo Central. If it is still there, you still have something to do.
