For Group Edition
Administrators can submit approvals on behalf of staff who might be absent or no longer at the school.
Here's how:
1. Go into the Form Library and click the form
2. Under the Status column, you'll see that the approval status is Pending approval.
Click on the 3 lines then click Approve on their behalf to review and approve or reject the submission
3. Review submission
Review the submission and either Approve or Reject the submission, then click Save
