The following scenarios are good examples where the Administrators need to submit an eForm on behalf of a person.
A person who doesn't have internet access (for those who are living in remote areas where internet access isn't available).
A person who isn't tech-savvy or doesn't know how to use computers or browse the internet.
A person who walks in or calls on the phone to verbally give their response.
Here's how an administrator can respond on their behalf
- From the left-side menu, click on Form Library.
-
Search for the eForm in the name field, and click on the eForm.
-
Click the three-line menu icon (☰) in the Actions column next to the person's name, then select Respond on their behalf.
-
You'll be taken to the student or staff member's form. Select the question(s) you'd like to respond to on their behalf.
-
Then click Submit Response at the bottom of the page.
💡Note: You can add optional notes; these are visible only to admins and staff with access to the member's account. Repeat these steps for any other members. Feel free to contact our support team if you require further assistance.
"Responding on Behalf of" via the student or staff card
- Navigate to the student or staff's profile and click the three-line menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Select All eForm Responses from the dropdown menu.
-
Locate the eForm, and click Respond on their behalf to complete and submit the form for the student.
