Date Request Question

The Date Request question allows you to capture any type of Date on forms. 

You can also set an Expiry Date, which is perfect for collecting any information that needs to be collected up-to-date (such as drivers licences, passports and qualifications). You can set the date you would like reminders to start sending, and reminders are sent every 3 days until information is updated.
