When are Profile Request emails sent?
If messaging for Parent eForms is enabled when adding a single or multiple profile requests, the email is sent immediately.
If messaging is already enabled after profile requests have been added, the emails are sent at the start of the next hour.
When are eForm Notification emails sent?
Providing the eForm is enabled and messaging is enabled, eForm Notification emails are sent at the start of the next hour.
NOTE: SMS notification reminders will start to send after 5 email reminders.
When a parent is first added as a student contact (Group Edition)
Parents will get a new account email weekly until they create their account.
Once they create there account the start getting verification emails every 2 days to verify their child's record.
