Operoo sends email notifications to Profile Owners every time they need to respond to a request or a form. There are instances that the email address entered is incorrect or no longer active. To identify the Care Profiles not getting the email notifications, you can follow the steps on this article:
1. Login to Operoo as an Administrator.
2. In the Members/Students/Participants section, look for Filter drop-down menu. The default selection is No Filter.
3. Clicking the Filter drop-down menu, it will show the other filter options applicable for the groups. Select Email Delivery Problems.
4. Red Care Profiles will be shown.
